Make a donation

Hugo is in the fortunate position of having a strong capital base. Investment returns support our charitable giving and from 1 April 2026, will also fully cover Hugo’s operating costs. This means that Hugo does not have to raise money from the public. While we do not actively seek donations from the public, we have had some interest regarding donations to Hugo, so have provided the Hugo Charitable Trust’s bank account:

Hugo is a registered charity and any donation is therefore tax deductible. We provide a donation receipt for any money received and ensure that those donations are put to the best possible use.

Our operating costs are low and are now funded by Hugo. Any donations received from the public are donated towards the charities and organisations we support.
